"Blood Eye"

In my second class during the Covid-19 pandemic lockdown, we studied doctors vs healers, oaths, cell theory, cell anatomy, conic sections, surgery types, and we had two different online interviews. We had challenges due to purely online learning, but we tried our hardest to make it work the best we could. For this action project, we were asked to research a surgery and construct a presentation on it including an interview, small history of cells, and the potential outcomes of said surgery. The surgery of my choice is called a Vitrectomy; A removal of liquid from the eye.

Drama in "Love"

In troubling times, we must persist; In this case my class and I continued to work through class online with other schools. Specifically in this class, Drama, we studied plays, historical gender inequality, Shakespeare, and finally poem writing. For the most part we read through Shakespeare's, Taming of the shrew. For this action project, we were asked to write a sonnet; A poem, consisting of 14 verses, divided in 3 Quatrains and one couplet, and following an Iambic Pentameter. In this sonnet, I am addressing Lucentio and his relationship with Bianca throughout most of the production.  Scalding Lucentio Lucentio, inspired me to write.
